Skydome inc.
The corporation was founded in 2022 with the support of European venture funds. It was based on the idea of creating a guarantor of preserving humanity. The company's main project, "Dome," consisted of several programs. In addition, several subsidiaries were formed, each responsible for a different project.
The most notable projects of the company were InterShelter and InterSpace.
InterShelter - is an underground shelter construction company. It has provided life support for residents for half a century and protects against global catastrophes. The project manager was Keyvan Morris, one of the most successful construction businessmen on the West Coast. The program unfolded in 2024 and gained wide popularity against a growing threat and military conflicts in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. References to the company are found in some medical preparations developed with the shelter program.
It is known that shortly before the disaster, Morris himself went missing, and his family moved to one of the elite shelters, where they survived the tragic events.
InterSpace - included four projects: cleaning the orbit of debris, building a station on Mars, creating a system for rapid response, eliminating dangerous celestial bodies, and fourth - an autonomous colony in orbit (Dark Sky). A whole delegation from the board of directors of Skydome Inc. led the projects. Still, the most prominent personalities were Morgan Davis and Kay Lee, whose Dark Sky project was the flagship of the InterSpace project. They promised humanity a new future, space exploration, and colonization of new planets and systems.
After the catastrophe, references and developments of the companies are found in documented and physical form in various shelters, laboratories, bunkers, etc. The Dark Sky project launched, but its information and memories have long been lost.
Xlife
Xlife Corporation, even before the disaster, monopolized most of the medical industry. The company gained its first notoriety in 2026 when a team of scientists invented a cure for cancer that helps in the early stages.
After that, with the slogan "Xlife saves your life," the company published a convenient practical for doctors, widely used in paramedicine and first aid. Subsequently, this phrase began to glow in every advertisement.
The second coming of the company took place in 2028. With the growing popularity of nuclear engines and nuclear generators for the InterSpace space program, the issue of ensuring the safety of workers and specialists has become acute. They were developed according to the government order Anti-toxin with orange flavor and Disintegrator. As a result, they have found broad practice in the progressive scientific society.
For the past ten years, the company has been run by Doran Cook, one of the grandsons of the company's founder, Argo Cook. The company's price multiplied several times during his management. In addition, there were rumors that Doran Cook developed an internal project under his supervision to extend human life, but only talks remained about this project.
A couple of years before the disaster, the company took care of creating laboratories in several Skydome Inc. shelters.
In the new world, the last laboratory is located in the Citadel, where the production is carried out. Another laboratory was placed in Colossus.
Victor Med
The personal company of Victor, one of the influential people of Adaran. Not everyone shares his views and methods; nevertheless, they are considered. The company produces narcotic substances, particularly for the army of Adaran. But the products are also readily sold on the streets of the city.
Victor, the company's owner, is also involved in dealings with Colossus. Nevertheless, the government of Colossus denies it. Attempts to engage in the oil business were unsuccessful, as other influential people of Adaran prevented this.
Steam
The Steam Factory was preserved in the basements and survived the disaster. But, unfortunately, it had to make some efforts to bring the equipment back into working condition.
Upon discovering this hot spot, the authorities of Adaran immediately put it to good use, wanting to prevent the strong influence of Victor Med in the north. Mainly because the preparations of the factory turned out to be very successful: the "clean" composition of the practices and its use for combat purposes aroused the support of the authorities of Adaran.
The authorities of Colossus preferred to order drugs from the Steam factory instead of Victor Med, which also directed the production vector to the military area.
A Chemist, an eccentric older man with a bad temper, runs the factory.
Cosmic Soda
The Brazilian company Cosmic Soda entered the world market in 2017, and a little later, during the space program, they adapted the advertising campaign for this event. This allowed the company to popularize its products and introduce them to the InterShelter project.
The Frutti drink, successfully adopted by the natives after the disaster, became very successful. Production is concentrated in Colossus.
Andy's Stew
Andy Stew is produced in Rio Lando on the farms of the White family. They inherited old abandoned warehouses from the once-famous Andy's Stew company and now use their simple equipment to produce a quality product. To match the brand, the head of the family changed his name to Andy.
Surprisingly, unlike other well-known products, this stew was not included in the InterShelter program. Instead, its footprint was discovered very unexpectedly near the Rio Lande.
Randy Brandy
Cognac, given to the shelter residents in their rooms for housewarming, was primarily remembered for spending long evenings underground. So, some craft masters decided to revive the brand after the disaster. By keeping this wonderful recipe and replacing some of the ingredients with those available after the disaster, people produced Sandy Brendy. And it is not surprising that this product is now made in Adaran.
